Terms of use
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms govern the use of Reputae, a reputation and operations platform for restaurant groups operated by Central Solutions, Mumbai, India (“we”, “us”). If your organisation has signed an agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms wherever they differ.
1. The service
Reputae brings together publicly available reviews and ratings that guests have posted on third-party review platforms about a client’s outlets, analyses them with AI, and turns them into review tickets, insights, recommendations, checklists and tasks for the client’s teams. Reputae is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any review platform.
2. Access by invitation only
- Accounts are created only by us or by an administrator at a client. There is no public sign-up.
- Keep your password confidential, and change it when asked. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us or your administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- An administrator at the client can change your role, the outlets you can see, or deactivate your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- try to access data, outlets or accounts you have not been given access to;
- interfere with, probe or overload the service, or try to get around its security;
- copy, resell or make the service available to anyone outside your organisation;
- upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload; or
- use Reputae to post replies or content that breach the rules of any review platform or the law.
4. Your responsibility for your outlets
The client is responsible for every action taken on its outlets using Reputae, including replies posted to reviews, tasks assigned and approved, and checklists completed. Sentiment, themes, insights, recommendations and draft replies are produced by AI and can be wrong or incomplete; they are suggestions. Review a draft before you post it, and use your own judgement before acting on a recommendation.
5. Client data
The client owns the data it and its staff put into Reputae, such as checklist entries, photos, tasks and replies. We use it only to provide the service to that client, as described in our privacy policy. The client is responsible for having a lawful basis to put its staff’s personal data into Reputae.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
Reputae helps teams see and act on what guests say. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as higher ratings, more or better reviews, fewer complaints or more business. Review data reflects what is publicly available at the time and can change or be unavailable. We work to keep Reputae available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or improve features over time.
7. Our rights
Reputae, its software, design and content (other than client data and the reviews themselves) belong to Central Solutions. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
8. Suspension and ending access
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Access ends when the client’s agreement with us ends, or when an administrator deactivates the account.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or reputation, including loss caused by relying on AI-generated content or by actions taken on review platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited as set out in the client’s agreement with us or, where there is none, to the fees paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
